Monday thru Friday

First shift:
Doors open 5:45am
Opening Prayer 6:30am
First shift finishes 8:45am

Second shift:
Opening prayer 9am
Second shift finishes 11:30am

For the second shift, you are welcome to begin your practice
before 9am, but there will not be a teacher in the room between
8:45 and 9am

Led Primary
Sunday 9:30am

Led Intermediate
Sunday 7:30am

Beginner’s Led Class
(for those who are new to Ashtanga Yoga or have taken the Six Week Intro)
Tuesdays, 6-7:15pm

Slow Yoga
A slow paced, all levels open yoga class, by donation, in partnership with Pastor Tillman and St. Phillip’s Christian Church
Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

When Eddie is out of town, we will hold Mysore practice on Sundays instead of led.
